Retrigger off 3 lollipops gave me an extra 5 spins and that's exactly when a 50x bomb dropped.

How to play Sweet Bonanza
You need at least 8 matching fruits or sweets. They can sit anywhere on the screen.
Winning symbols vanish and new ones fall in until no more combinations form. For 12 or more of the top symbol, the game pays up to 50x your stake.
Free spins and multipliers in Sweet Bonanza
The scatter is a lollipop. Four lollipops start the bonus round.
- 4, 5 or 6 scatters give 10 free spins and a payout of up to 100x your stake.
- Bombs with multipliers from 2x to 100x drop during the round.
- At the end of a cascade, the values of all bombs are added together.
Multipliers only work in the free spins, so the base game is calmer than in Gates of Olympus.
Sweet Bonanza compared with other slots
It is one of the most popular pokies among players. The rules are simple, and the demo lets you see how often the bonus round turns up.
Questions about Sweet Bonanza
Short answers based on the provider data.
What RTP does Sweet Bonanza pay?
The provider lists 96.48%. It is an average return over a huge number of spins, not the result of one session.
How do free spins work in Sweet Bonanza?

What does the ante bet do in Sweet Bonanza?
It raises the cost of each spin in return for a better chance of hitting the bonus. The average return stays about the same, only the session gets more expensive.

In demo the bonus hit after a dozen or so minutes, playing for real I waited a lot longer. That's randomness for you.

Played the demo for half an hour before I worked out the multipliers only work in free spins. Glad I checked before depositing.
Greg
only play on weekends and always start with this one. Music's a bit childish but I just mute it.
Mick
Base game hardly ever gives you anything big. It all happens in the bonus, so you need patience and a budget for a longer session.
Kylie
Every win sets off a tumble, so spins take longer than on normal pokies. I like the rhythm of it.
Sarah K.
My favourite game for two years now. The bombs in free spins can save a whole session.
